How to Apply for Accreditation
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding any of our listed member's business trading or privacy practices and arrived at this website through the clicking of an accredited website approved membership logo. Please email us your complaint regarding the member website in question. Complaints are only accepted by us through email, using the email address which is located on this website homepage or above contact link/page. Telephone complaints will not be replied to or accepted by us.
Please do not telephone us with your complaints. We do not arbitrate disputes in any form between any of the general public and accredited member websites. Any listed member breaking or ignoring any of our Codes of Conduct can result in the revocation of membership accreditation without any recourse whatsoever.
Serious unresolved issues will certainly result in the termination of any accredited membership with us. The severity of the issue determines the outcome. All judgement lies with us at all times and only us.
Anyone emailing us with a complaint will not receive a response directly from us regarding any matter. We will ensure a PROMPT response comes to you directly from the member site either through email, written letter or telephone.
Please Note:
We do not mediate disputes, abuse, arguments, conflicts between the end-users/customer/you and any of our listed member sites. Any complaints that we receive are automatically forwarded on to the member in an un-edited full version email to the member in question, requesting that the matter be resolved ideally within 7 working days and no later than one month. The member will be required to email us an account of events as they see it.
Member's accreditation and listing with us is not automatically removed because a complaint has been made against them. Sometimes complaints can be unfounded - untrue, fabricated or blown up out of all proportion due to misinterpretation and confusion. Complaints may also be exaggerated due to frustration and anger and have elements of stress and anxiety to them. Maybe due to fear or panic over losing money or loss of a service and so on. However, depending on the severity of any complaint and it's nature we may under certain circumstances temporarily suspend the members membership and accreditation until the matter is resolved. All judgement lies with us at all times and only us.
